Since 1988, Robert has merged technology with business strategy to the world of customer relationship management. His path has led him to execute over 600 successful customized CRM implementations in diverse business sectors that include financial, pharmaceutical and manufacturing among others.

Trained as a systems analyst and architect, Robert’s driving passion has always been the pursuit of customer-centric sales force excellence. A CRM thought leader, his vision goes way beyond software and technology and encompasses a two-pronged approach that tackles people and process.
A firm believer in targeted and measurable goals, Robert computes his own success in delivering ROI for Altimum’s clients with CRM solutions that are individually tailored to businesses that are striving to grow.
Commitment to businesses and the community
Sought after as a speaker at industry trade shows and Montreal area universities, Robert is proud to serve on the Board of Governors of the Montreal chapter of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association (CIBPA) and as a board member and the Vice President of Communications of the national organization.
His involvement in the business community also includes membership in the Association des professionnels de la communication et du marketing (APCM) and the APCM Think Tank, as well as the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE).
Robert’s commitment to community has included volunteering for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps chronically ill children navigate the experience of hospitalization.
