The idea that “this is as good as it gets” has always been frightening for me.
My life path helped me understand that to inspire purpose-driven change one must test the limits of what is possible. It requires courage but I believe change unleashes great potential and fosters hope for a better future. So I have exited my comfort zone to open myself up to the many changes life has sent my way. I haven’t regretted a single day.
My life philosophy also infuses my work. I understand how challenging the status quo and initiating change can paralyze people as well as organizations. But change is a prerequisite for growth. There is an art and a science to the work that I am passionate about. There is a balance.
I discovered this balance from leading global organizations. Over the years, I have provided change leadership and consulting expertise to increase the performance and success of organizations. Whether I am collaborating to chip away at silos, bringing stakeholders together to increase satisfaction, helping to develop a new business model, facilitating a new strategic vision, or working with leaders and their teams to make the organization more effective, my approach begins with understanding where customers are coming from and where they want to go.
It’s all about the customer.
